Water bills: Water meters are read quarterly and billed as such.

                We will take partial payments for water. You can come in and pay, mail a check, or pay online towards your bill as often as you need. There is a link on our website to pay your water bill online (it will charge you a 3% fee. You will need to know your account number and the amount you owe.

Village Taxes: Are billed June 1st and are due by June 30th with no penalty. You can make a (full) payment on your village taxes until October at a penalty rate for each month past June. We only accept full payments and do not accept partial payments for Village taxes.

Re-levy notices:

Water: Notices are sent at the end of March for those who have outstanding balances. If they are not paid by May 1st, they are levied onto their Village taxes. You will have to pay the full amount of your village tax and water as we do not take partial payments. If you have your village taxes escrowed into your mortgage, this will most likely increase your mortgage payments.

Village Taxes: 2nd notices are sent in September for those who have not paid yet. If not paid by October 31st, then the Village taxes will be levied onto your county taxes.

Zoning:

You must get a zoning permit to add to your property (ie: fence, shed, garage, addition, etc) which can be picked up at the office.

Permits are $20 and due when you drop the permit application off to the office. The application must include some kind of drawn diagram of the structure with dimensions and proximity to the property line.

Zoning officer will review the application and contact you with further questions or bring you a permit that must be visible while the work is being performed.
